Serious Talk; Why do we only see Illegal Mexicans picking up our fruits and Vegeteables?

We would do these jobs we would just have to get paid a fair wage to do it. Its likely though it would just be the legit Mexicans who would then be able to get the job. Also, it would encourage the illegals to start coming here legally AND ACTUALLY PAY TAXES. It's the old saying "You give and inch, they take a mile." You make it so they have to become legit to support their family and they will find a way to do it. But if you don't really have to go through the trouble, why do it? Its the system in place which allows them to do what they gotta do easier. I have nothing against Mexicans, I am ashamed of our government for not doing anything about it and they need to do something about it soon. Secure the boarder first(without this no other measures make any sense), make the ones living and working here(that aren't confirmed criminals) already pass a basic English test to become legal and take away their food stamps and cash assistance(THEY COME HERE WORK LOW PAYING JOBS THAT QUALIFY THEM FOR ASSISTANCE AND EVERY OTHER AMERICAN PAYS FOR THEM TO EAT,GET MEDICAL CARE, LIVE IN GOVT ASSISTED HOUSING, OH AND DID I MENTION COLD HARD CASH!!! AND THE MORE KIDS THEY POP OUT THE MORE THEY GET!!! I'M SURE SOMEBODY READING THIS WILL THINK I'M CRAZY BUT I'VE SEEN THE INSIDE OF AN ARIZONA DES AND ITS WALL TO WALL MEXICANS WHO DON'T SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH AND YOU AND ALL THE REST OF AMERICA ARE PAYING FOR THEM!!!) , deport all the illegals in our jails and prisons, and deport the ones that loiter at Home Depot. Its not like it would collapse the economy or anything...It would hurt the guy at the top(of the produce company) who is so used to making so much extra money from not having to pay a fair wage to his workers. So its not so much that prices would skyrocket(they might go up a bit) the fat cat at the top would just have to take a hit because he knows if he puts the price out of reach nobody would buy it and he wouldn't make any money.
