What could i do to be a victoria secret model?

Ok so I'm about 5'4 and I know that's small but I have time to grow as I'm only 15. My measurements are 32 24 34 and I weight 8 stone. I live in the uk and really want to become a victoria secret model I modeled for zara a few years ago. Hair is blonde and boob length! Please help me like if I need to lose weight what exercises should I do? Or is there any way I can get taller as I'm still undergoing puberty and my dad is about 5'10 please help and no nasty comments. Thank you so much!
